MEMBERSHIP FEES

At Vanguard Direct Family Medicine, our monthly membership fees allow us to provide exceptional healthcare at affordable pricing increments. To us you’re more than just a chart. With the Direct Primary Care model we’re able to provide personalized care and spend more time with our patients. We can do this by limiting the total number of patients and avoiding the hassle of insurance. We’re conveniently located in Murfreesboro, TN and here for our patients 24/7.

Below is a list of our fees. Please call for more details. A $50 non-refundable registration fee is due at sign up.

Prescription Pricing
Our office and all providers participate in the Tennessee Drug Monitoring Program. Our providers do not prescribe narcotics except for very specified conditions and short term only.

Medication prices all reflect an additional 10% markup for supplies/administrative costs. Prices subject to change, pending availablity.

No controlled substances or pain medications will be on site.

There is a onetime fee at signup of $50 per household. Any additional fees will be discussed between the patient/ patient representative and provider prior to administration of treatment.
